ABOUT US
Our Mission
Prevention of drowning is our mission and we seek to achieve this by equipping our members with the knowledge and skills to enable them to keep both themselves and others safe in and around water.
What we do
Potters Bar Life Saving Club delivers training to children through the RLSS Rookie Lifeguard Programme for children under 12 and through RLSS Survive and Save Programme for children of 12 and above. For adults the club provides the vocational qualifications, First Aid at Work and Open Water Lifeguard qualifications, and through collaboration with other clubs, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Why choose lifesaving?
